GIVE TO THE MAX

Campaign Goal: $5,000

Donations to Date: $2,200

Campaign Call to Action

Campaign Update: Every dollar you give directly enhances the Meadow Pond experience.

It fuels hands-on learning: field trips and special assemblies, the Science Fair, and our Learning & Growing Garden

It helps us foster creativity and community, like P.A.R.P. month and the end-of-year picnic.

It helps us support and celebrate everyone in the MPES community, from instrument rentals for families in need, to celebrating our teachers with Teacher Appreciation days, to awarding commemorative pins to students for a job well done

The PTO is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization -- all donations are tax deductible. We also welcome employer-match contributions.

Contact mpptopresident@gmail.com for details!

'Tis the Season!

The PTO is collecting funds to purchase holiday gifts for our MPES Specials Teachers. The suggested donation is $5. The PTO will then purchase gift cards accordingly. The deadline to donate is Sunday, December 14.

Caregiver Coffee & Conversation – Monthly SEPTO Meet-Up

What:
Join us for our monthly Caregiver Coffee & Conversation!  An informal, supportive space to connect, share questions, concerns, and experiences related to special education.

When: Monday, January 13 at 7:30 PM

Where: Zoom (link to follow)

Who: All caregivers are welcome! You do not need to have a child in special education to attend. This is an open, judgment-free conversation for anyone interested in learning, sharing, or listening.

Whether you have a specific concern, want to hear from other families, or just want to connect, we hope you’ll join us.

Special thanks to the BAM committee for doing such an AMAZING job on the learning to include and international day of people with disabilities bulletin boards!

We are so grateful for our parent volunteers! Your presence, participation, and enthusiasm are what makes these experiences so enriching, memorable, and fun for our Meadow Ponders! When volunteering at at Meadow Pond, please do the following:

  1. Volunteer Application - KLSD requires that all volunteers renew their volunteer application annually in order to volunteer in any of the KLSD schools. Click here to renew yours -- it's very quick.
  2. Location - go directly to the area where you are offering support and stay in that area.
  3. Photography - pictures should only be taken if a teacher or Meadow Pond administrator gives you the okay to do so.

ADD YOUR FAMILY TO THE ONLINE DIRECTORY

We are using Membership Toolkit for our MPES PTO Directory and Communications (aka Max Mail).

We invite you to create your account.  Once you create a Membership Toolkit Account, you will receive PTO Communications and have the option to purchase access to the Online Directory.

Here's what you need to do:

  • Click on the Login button.

  • If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.

  • Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.

  • Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

  • Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.

  1. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.

  2. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.

Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account.  This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
