Thursday 11/7 - Thursday 11/14

We can’t wait to see your child at the Fair!

This year's Book Fair is going to be epic! We've turned up the volume with more fun, more choices and more excitement, so kids will arrive curious and leave bolder, prouder, and stronger than ever before. Further, every dollar you spend will benefit our school directly.

The Fair will be held November 7, 2024 through November 14, 2024 in the School’s STEAM room. All classes will have a scheduled time to shop during school hours with their teachers. In addition, the Fair will be open the following hours during Parent Teacher Conferences so parents can come with their children and shop outside of school hours:

November 7 - between the hours of 5:45 pm – 8:00 pm

November 14 - between the hours of 1:00 pm - 3:45 pm

Keep an eye out in your child’s backpack mail for the Scholastic Book Fair Flyer which provides a preview of the fantastic books that will be at this year’s Fair!

Book Fair Volunteer Opportunities

We can't do it without you! Please consider volunteering to help at the Book Fair. The story starts with you!

Don't forget to set up your student's eWallet account for cashless, stress-less shopping at the fair.

Friends and family can even contribute funds! More books, more fun!

CLICK HERE TO SET UP A BOOK FAIR eWALLET

By contributing to the Community eWallet for MPES students and Share the Fair, you help more of our students take home a new book from the Fair! Give via the link below or when you fund your child's Book Fair eWallet. This will enable those less fortunate to purchase books at the Fair and foster a lifelong love of reading!

Please mark your calendar for the following for a chance to work with our new Superintendent, Dr. Ray Blanch, on Katonah Lewisboro School District visioning. Meadow Pond’s date is Friday, November 22 at 9:30am.

This fall we are embarking on a journey together to revisit our district’s mission and vision to ensure they reflect our shared aspirations for this great district. Your voice is vital in this process, and I invite you to participate in shaping the future of KLSD. Over the coming weeks, we will host a series of discussions and collaborative workshops to gather input from all members of our community – students, parents, staff, and residents. This is a unique opportunity to shape the roadmap of excellence that will guide our work and contribute to the success of all students.

We are so grateful for our parent volunteers! Your presence, participation, and enthusiasm are what makes these experiences so enriching, memorable, and fun for our Meadow Ponders! When volunteering at at Meadow Pond, please do the following:

  2. Location - go directly to the area where you are offering support and stay in that area.
  3. Photography - pictures should only be taken if a teacher or Meadow Pond administrator gives you the okay to do so.

ONLINE SCHOOL DIRECTORY

ADD YOUR FAMILY TO THE ONLINE DIRECTORY

We are excited to announce that we will be using Membership Toolkit for our MPES PTO Directory and Communications (aka Max Mail).

We invite you to create your account.  Once you create a Membership Toolkit Account, you will receive PTO Communications and have the option to purchase access to the Online Directory.

Here's what you need to do:

  • Click on the Login button.

  • If you already have an account with another organization that uses Membership Toolkit you can use the same email and password to login. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.

  • Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.

  • Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.

  • Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process.

  1. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.

  2. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.

Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account.  This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
