We are requesting volunteers to sign-up for shifts during the event. You may signup for one or both shifts if you are available. We will have Frightfest Committee members who will help act as area coordinators during the event.
Volunteers are encouraged to be festive and to wear a costumy accessory, if possible, to create a fun ambiance for all our attendees. Thank you for being a part of one of the MPES PTO's biggest fundraisers!
We are in need of candy, nut-free candy and non-food trick-or-treating supplies to hand out during Max's Frightfest. Thank you for helping to make this even extra fun for all our attendees!
Please drop off donations at 11 Cross Pond Road South Salem by Sunday, October 25th. There will be a collection bin next to side door. Reach out to Valerie if you have any questions or issues at mpptovp2@gmail.com.
Thank you for your help in making Max's Monster Munch Cafe a success! We are in need of donated drinks and treats -- treats can be homemade or store bought. Please use a throw away tray OR clearly mark your name on masking tape on the bottom of your container and plan to bring it home at the end of the event. Please feel free to sign up for multiple spots and if the spots are all full and you would like to still bring something, please let us know!
Please drop off donations with the school greeter on Thursday, October 29th during school hours (9am to 3pm) or at Onatru Farm Park on Friday, October 30th between 10am and 12pm. If you are unable to deliver by the morning of the event, please reach out in advance to coordinate a different arrangement (203-962-4388).
